We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns:

1. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Custom-made pet doors
2. Clearance or final sale items
3. Used items for hygiene and safety reasons (unless defective)

Return Process:

• Contact service@klyoreta.shop for return authorization.
• Ship the product to our return address (provided after approval).
• Once inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
